When positioned at the same height as your desk, the armrests keep your elbows properly supported, reducing strain on your forearms and wrists. For extra comfort while working with a keyboard or mouse, the armrests can be moved inward or outward, helping you maintain natural alignment and ease during long work sessions.

Adjustable Seat Height and Depth
You can easily adjust the seat height using the lever on the right side of the chair, located next to the tilt tension control.

• To raise the seat, stand up slightly and lift the lever upward.

• To lower the seat, lift the lever while seated — your weight will gently bring it down.

For the correct ergonomic position, your feet should rest flat on the floor with your knees forming a comfortable 90-degree angle.

To adjust the seat depth, slide the seat forward or backward until you find the ideal position. There should be roughly three fingers of space between the back of your knees and the front edge of the seat — ensuring proper circulation and balanced support.

Adjustable Tilt Tension
The backrest tension can be easily increased or decreased by turning the knob on the right side of the chair. The number of turns depends on your desired level of resistance. The chair should recline smoothly and naturally — without excessive effort — while maintaining balanced support that prevents the backrest from “giving way.”

Additional Lumbar Support
Extra lower back support is provided through an adjustable lumbar pad controlled by a lever on the back of the chair. Move the pad forward or backward to set its height and position so that it comfortably follows the natural curve of your spine, ensuring all-day ergonomic support.

Floor-Friendly Casters
The chair comes equipped with rubberized casters designed for hard floors. They roll quietly and smoothly, leaving no scratches or marks, while protecting your flooring and providing effortless mobility.
