The structural concept of the Lino Chair follows the same ergonomic principles as other renowned Herman Miller models.

Seat Height Adjustment
The height adjustment lever is located under the seat on the right-hand side.

• To lower the seat, lift the lever while sitting — your weight will gently bring it down.

• To raise the seat, lift the lever while slightly standing up.

For ideal ergonomic posture, your knees should form a 90-degree angle, ensuring balanced alignment, proper circulation, and all-day comfort.

Lumbar Support Height Adjustment
While seated, raise or lower the lumbar pad located on the back of the chair to find the perfect level of lower back support. This ensures your spine remains comfortably aligned and fully supported throughout the day.

Armrest Height and Position Adjustment
To adjust the armrest height, press the button beneath the outer edge of the arm pad. Set the desired height and elbow angle, then release the button to lock it in place.
To change the width, move the armrests inward or outward.
To adjust the depth, slide them forward or backward — creating a fully personalized ergonomic setup for your arms and shoulders.

Seat Depth Adjustment
Pull the lever under the right edge of the seat to the right, then slide the seat forward or backward to find your ideal position. Release the lever to lock the seat depth. This adjustment helps maintain proper thigh support and promotes balanced posture.

Tilt Tension Adjustment
To increase the tilt resistance, turn the knob under the seat on the right side clockwise.
To reduce resistance, turn it counterclockwise.
This allows you to fine-tune how easily the chair reclines, providing customized comfort and motion control.

Tilt Limiter
The tilt limiter lever is located on the left side, near the middle of the chair. While leaning back, adjust the lever to set your desired recline range.

• For maximum recline, turn the lever clockwise until it stops.

• To lock the chair in a more upright position, move the lever to the top position, allowing minimal tilt while maintaining natural movement and optimal posture support.

Floor-Friendly Casters
