Adjustable Seat Height

The height adjuster is located under the seat on the right side. To raise the seat, simply lift yourself slightly. The correct position is when the angle at the knee joint is approximately 90 degrees.

Adjustable Degree of Backrest Tilt Resistance

The degree of backrest tilt resistance can be increased or decreased by turning the handle located under the seat in the center. The degree of backrest tilt should be adjusted so that the backrest does not recline too far back, supporting the body in the correct position.

Adjustable Seat Depth

The depth adjuster is located on the right side, in front of the height adjuster. To change the seat depth, pull the lever upward. Specialists recommend setting a backrest tilt that maintains a distance of 5-8 cm between the edge of the seat and the knees of the seated person.

Adjustable Height and Angle of Armrests

Aerodynamic armrests can be fixed in place, adjusted only for height, or adjusted in two directions: for height and width. The height lock is located at the top on the outer side of the armrest. The width adjusters are on both sides of the chair, under the armrests. Proper positioning of the armrests, where the angle at the elbow joint is 90-120 degrees, reduces strain on the arms.

Tilt Limiter and Forward Tilt

The forward/backward recline level is adjusted using the levers on the left side of the chair. To decrease the tilt of the backrest, the forward tilt is adjusted using an external lever, and the backward recline is adjusted using an internal lever. Several fixed positions of the backrest are available, ranging from upright to semi-reclined. The optimal angle of tilt is around 7-10 degrees. 

Castors do not scratch the floor
